摘要
科学决策、量敌用兵是正确组织与实施区域防空作战的前提,也是进行区域防空作战布势的前提和基础.首先讨论了地面防空兵器和空袭兵器作战效能指数的计算方法,依据防空作战双方的兵器对抗特点,建立了地空对抗条件下的兰彻斯特动态方程,得出了满足一定作战效能指标的区域防空武器装备总效能指数.根据合理的装备结构比例对总效能指数进行解聚计算,得出所需各型防空武器装备火力单元的数量与规模,可为开发区域防空作战武器装备需求仿真模型提供支持.
The strength demand is a basis for troops construction and manoeuvre, which is the precondition and basis of the deployment of the territorial air-defense forces. Firstly, a calculation method for the fighting efficiency exponents of ground-to-air defense troops and air raid troops are discussed, the Lanchester differential equation under the air-ground confrontation condition is established, and a total efficiency exponent demand model meeting the required operational result is derived. Then, the needed amount of air-defense weapons is calculated by total efficiency exponents obtained. Finally, a practical sample is given. The military strength demand of theater ground-to-air de- fense troops can be rapidly evaluated by the model. The model is useful to support decision-making and the analysis of military strength demand to the commander of territorial air defense forces.
