摘要
传统上,大多数军事上的分析判断主要还是依靠军事指挥决策人员的战争知识和战争经验,而现代高科技技术条件下量化思维和数学化思想在军事学术研究中成了非常重要的方法。阐述了研究军事问题中战斗效能的度量问题的多种解决之道,论述了指数方法产生的背景和特点,探讨了指数方法在军事应用问题中的思路和前景。
Traditionarily,analytic decision of mostly military affairs mainly depend on director＇s knowledge and experience on war. In modern high technology condition,mathematic thought is one of the most important way in military science investigation, this article expounds many method on measuring problem of combat function efficacy in military problem,and discusses background and characteristic of score method, train of thought and prospect on score method in military application.
