摘要
2008年南方雪灾给我国南方地区造成了严重的损失,也给工农业生产、群众生活、交通运输等方面带来了严重的影响,其中一个很重要的原因就是缺乏健全的危机预防机制和预警机制。我们应当从这次雪灾中吸取教训,切实加强我国公共危机预防机制和预警机制建设。
The snow disaster on January 10,2008 has brought about much loss to our country in south area, and also give industry and agriculture, such as the well-being of the masses , traffic and others. The shortage of perfect preventing mechanism and forewarning mechanism is one of the important causes. We should learn the lesson from this snow disaster, to strengthen the construction on preventing mechanism and forewarning mechanism of public crisis earnestly.
