摘要
以NOL环试样的拉伸强度作为考察指标,通过对T700/E-51复合材料的固化制度进行正交试验设计,研究了固化工艺对碳纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响。极差分析和方差分析表明:a)通过正交试验设计方法研究固化工艺对复合材料性能的影响,可以大大减少试验次数;b)后固化温度下的保温时间对试件力学性能影响最大;c)目前采用的固化制度不是最优组合,需要进一步寻求最优组合。
The influence of curing technology on mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced composite is studied by orthogonal test design for curing process of T700/E-51 composites, with tensile strength of NOL rings as investigation index. The result of the test is dealt with by the range analysis and variance analysis way, which indicate: a)test number can be deduced greatly by orthogonal test design, b) the thermal insulation time under post-cure temperature affects mechanical properties mostly, c) the current used curing technology is not optimal, and need to be optimized further.
