摘要
通过正交试验设计方法研究了白炭黑和硼酸锌两种协效剂在不同添加量和不同偶联剂处理后对阻燃低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)体系的氧指数、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响。结果表明:硼酸锌比白炭黑对体系的氧指数贡献大,白炭黑和铝酸脂偶联剂对提高体系的拉伸强度作用明显,而在断裂伸长率方面硅烷偶联剂优于铝酸脂偶联剂。通过正交试验得到的最佳方案为:协效剂为硼酸锌,协效剂使用量为3份,处理协效剂的偶联剂选用硅烷。
The effect of two synergistic agents,silica white and zinc borate in different dosage and different coupling agent treatment,on the oxygen index,tensile strength and elongation at break of a non-halogen flame-retardant system was studied by means of orthogonal experiment.It shows that zinc borate makes greater contribution to the OI than silica white;silica white and aluminic ester coupling agent can improve the tensile strength;while silane coupling agent is better than aluminic ester coupling agent in increasing the elongation at break of the system.An optimum formula was got with 3 phr of zinc borate as synergistic agent and silane as coupling agent for treating the synergistic agent.
