镧长期暴露对鲤鱼的毒性影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 将鲤鱼长期暴露于不同浓度(0、0.01、0.1、2.5mg/L)的La3+溶液中4个月,研究其对鲤鱼血液抗氧化性、红细胞(RBC)微核率和血细胞数量的影响。结果表明:0.01、0.1、2mg/L组血液中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性及0.01、0.1mg/L组血液中丙二醛含量(MDA)与对照组相比,均无显著差异(P<0.05),而5mg/L组SOD活性被显著抑制,2、5mg/L组MDA含量却显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。0.01、0.1mg/L组红细胞微核率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。而各La3+处理组红细胞数、0.01mg/L组白细胞数(WBC)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。5mg/L组白细胞数却显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus (C.carp io )was exposed in different concentration of La3+ solution (0,0.01,0.1,2.5 rag/L) for 4 months to study effects of La3+ on antioxidant activities and micronuclei frequencies of red blood cells(RBC) and number of blood cells in blood of C.carpio.The results indicated that activities of peroxidase (POD)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)in blood in groups of 0.01,0.1,2 mg/L and contents of malonic dialdehyde (MDA)in groups of 0.01,0.1 mg/L did not show any significant difference compared to control group.But activities of SOD in blood of C.carplo in group of 5 mg/L were obviously inhabited and contents of MDA in 2,5 mg/L were significantly increased in comparison with the control group. La3+ could significantly decrease micronuclei frequencies of RBC in 0.01 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L group ,howev- er,obviously increasing number of RBC in 0.01,0.1,2,5 mg/L and that of white blood cells (WBC) (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0,01)in blood of C.carpio.But number of WBC in 5 mg/L decreased in comparison with control group(P 〈 0.05).
