淹水胁迫下水松主要生理生化指标的变化 被引量:6

摘要 以2年生水松实生苗为试验材料.研究了不同淹水胁迫下水松主要生理生化指标含量的变化。结果表明:不同淹水胁迫对各测定指标的影响各异。随淹水时间延长,叶绿素含量均表现出先升后降的变化趋势;叶片相对电导率均呈上升趋势;水松脯氨酸(PRO)含量及丙二醛(MDA)含量均为先升后降、再趋于平稳:超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性则表现为先降后升、再趋于平稳。植株半淹(B)对叶绿素及MDA含量产生的影响较大,全淹(C)对叶片相对电导率、PRO和SOD的影响较大,渍水(A)对各指标的影响都为最小。 The variation of the main physiology and biochemistry index of 2-year old Glyptostrobus pensilis under different flooding stress were studied. The results showed that the were not same under different effect on these indices flooding stress with time extension of flooding, the content of Chlorophyll first increased and then declined,the relative electric conductivity increased slowly, the content of free prolines (PRO) and malonaldehyde (MDA)first increased and then declined,remained stable subsequently, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) first declined and then increased.remained stable subsequently;it had heavier effect on Chlorophyll and MDA by B, it had heavier effect on the relative electric conductivity. POD and SOD by C, A had minimum effect on every index.
