成人高等学历教育必须迎接挑战,明确自己的发展方向,除了保持小规模、高质量、特色鲜明的学历补偿教育之外,更应该转变观念,向知识经济下世界成人高等教育发展大方向融合,向高层次的非学历教育、继续教育和大学后教育转化。
