摘要
为了实现PC与挂接在1553B总线上的航空电子设备之间的信息交互,就需要应用1553B总线到计算机标准接口的转换器。由于USB总线具有高速、支持热插拔的优点,因此1553B-USB总线转换器有着良好的应用前景。本文通过对1553B总线和USB总线协议的分析,利用可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)和硬件描述语言(VHDL),采用自顶向下的方法来实现1553B-USB总线转换器的设计,并在QuartusII软件中对本设计进行了功能仿真。仿真结果表明,该设计转换性能可靠,能够满足系统工作的要求。
In order to communicate between PC and avionics devices which are connected with 1553B, bus converter from 1553B to standard peripherals interface is needed. Because USB has the advantages of fast speed, supporting Plug and Play, 1553B-USB bus converter will be more popular. Through studying 1553B and USB protocol, this paper puts forward a method of designing 1553B-USB bus converter based on programmable logic device(FPGA)and hardware description language(VHDL), The Top-Down designing method is also applied in this project, The functional simulation is performed in Quartus II software. The result shows that this design has reliable performance, and can meet the need of system.
