摘要 在传统压力变送器的基础上,研制了一种基于HART协议的两线制智能压力变送器。该压力变送器以低功耗16位嵌入式微处理器MSP430F435为核心,使用硅压阻式压力传感器。传感器输出微小电压信号经放大调理后送入微处理器内部12位A/D的测量,HART协议通信模块由A5191HRT型HART调制解调器与AD421电流环数模转换器构成。整个设计选用低功耗外围扩展器件,最大限度地降低整机功耗。 On the basis of the traditional pressure transmitter, a two-wire intelligent transmitter which was based on the HART protocol and took MSP430F435 as the central controller was designed. The tiny voltage signal outputted by the silicon-piezoresistive transducer was amplified and then measured by the MSP430F435 internal 12-bit A/D converter. HART communication module was composed of A5191HRT and AD421. Low-power external devices were chosen to minimize the power consumption of the whole system.
