摘要
可反应的SiO2纳米微粒(RNS)在甲苯溶剂中,在引发剂作用下和苯乙烯(St)、马来酸酐(MA)以自由基共聚合的方式制备了一种纳米复合物鞣剂SMA/RNS,并用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对产品进行了表征。将SMA/RNS应用于制革,同时和分子中未引入SiO2纳米微粒的纯共聚物鞣剂SMA的鞣制性能进行了比较,研究发现,由于纳米SiO2微粒在鞣剂分子中的引入,皮革的耐湿热稳定性和机械性能都有了显著提高。
Reactive nano-sized SiO2 (RNS) copolymerized with maleic anhydride (MA) and styrene (St) by initiating with BPO in toluene. Meanwhile, the structure and property of SMA/RNS nanocomposite were confirmed by FT-IR. When SMA/RNS was applied in leather making, the leather has the better quality than the leather retanned with SMA, due to the introduction of SiO2 nanoparticles.
