摘要
前文[1] 报导了二次回归正交的试验设计方法对二元乙烯基类聚合物鞣剂的组成与性能量化关系的探索,研究了6 种单体(丙烯腈—AN、丙烯酰胺—AM、甲基丙烯酸—MAA、甲基丙烯酸甲酯—MMA、醋酸乙烯酯—VAc、丙烯酸乙酯—EA) 与丙烯酸(AA)的二元共聚物鞣剂对成革增厚率、收缩温度、物理机械性能、可压缩因子[2] 等10 个指标进行了测定,得到聚合物鞣剂的组成与其性能指标的经验关联式yp = ax2 + bx + c(p、a、b、c 为回归参数)。本文探索了5 种单体(AN、AM、MMA、VAc、EA)与丙烯酸的六元共聚物,对9 个指标得到9 个经验关联式,形式为yp = b0 + ∑5i = 1bixi + ∑5i = 1 ,i< jbijxixj + ∑5i = 1biix2i,并进行了深入的讨论。
In the preceding study,the two_power regression orthogonal design is determined to probe into the relation between composition of vinyl polymer tanning agent and properties. Six monomers (AN-acrylonitrile,AM-acrylic amide,MAA-methyl acrylic acid,MMA-methyl methacrylate,VAc-vinyl acetate,EA-ethyl acrylate) are chosen to copolymerize with acrylic acid(AA) to form bipolymers. Using these bipolymers as tanning agents,detecting ten proper indexes of retanning leather samples,e.g. thickness increment ratio,shrinking temperature increment,phy_mech properties,compressible factor,etc.,and regressing the data,the experimental cognitive equations related properties with composition are gotten. The form is y p=ax 2+bx+c(p,a,b and c are regressing parameters). In this paper,the hexapolymers composed with five monomers (AN,AM,MAA,MMA,VAc,EA) and acrylic acid are investigated. To nine indexes,nine equations are got,and the form is:y p=b 0+∑5i=1b ix i+∑5i=1,i<jb ij x ix j+∑5i=1b ii x 2 i. And further discussions are also given.
