高吸收铬鞣助剂PEGA的制备及应用 被引量:7

摘要 以甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(PEGMA)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,采用自由基共聚的方法,合成了一种多羧基的共聚物PEGA(poly(PEGMA-co-AA))。通过FT-IR、1H NMR和GPC对PEGA的分子信息进行了解析,并将PEGA作为高吸收铬鞣助剂与2.0%的铬鞣剂进行鞣革应用。研究结果表明,PEGA共聚物的聚乙二醇官能团可以促进铬鞣剂的均匀渗透和缓慢均匀结合;羧基官能团则将铬鞣剂的吸收利用率提高至93.3%。所得蓝湿革的收缩温度高于90℃,具有鞣制均匀性和优良的物理机械性能。 A multi-carboxyl copolymer PEGA(poly(PEGMA-co-AA))was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether acrylate(PEGMA)and acrylic acid(AA).The molecular information of PEGA were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and GPC.PEGA was used as a high exhaustion chrome tanning auxiliary additive and 2.0%chrome tanning agent for tanning.The results showed that the PEG functional group of PEGA copolymer could promote the uniform penetration and slow and uniform binding of chrome tanning agent.The carboxyl functional group increased the absorption and utilization rate of chrome tanning agent to 93.3%.The shrinkage temperature of the obtained wet blue leathers was higher than 90℃,which showed uniformity of tanning and excellent physical and mechanical properties.
