摘要
高校辅导员队伍是高等学校人才培养和稳定工作的一支重要力量。新世纪给高校政治辅导员队伍带来了新的机遇和挑战。一些高校提出辅导员队伍要职业化、专业化。本文就辅导员提出职业化、专业化的原因以及从事辅导员工作应该具备的自身素质和能力作一些探讨。
Supervisors are of importance for colleges to train talents. College supervisors are confronted with new opportunities and challenges in the new century. Colleges in Beijing and Shanghai call on to build professional and specialized supervisor team. The paper expounds why and how to improve quality and capability of supervisors.
