摘要
本专科层次的普通高等教育是推行高等教育大众化的主体;优化高等教育的层次结构、学科专业结构、布局结构是顺利推进高等教育大众化的基础;强化"生命线"意识,确保教育质量,是高等教育大众化健康发展的关键;建立开放、多元化的就业制度是高等教育大众化可持续发展的保证。
Threeyear and fouryear colleges are playing a major role in practising the popularity of high education in China. Therefore, colleges must strive to improve on their present academic structures, specialized subjects construction and overall arrangements for a solid foundation of its smooth development, to maintain firstclass education qualities-the primary element and lifeblood of its sound development, and to set up an open and manifold system for social employment so as to guarantee a sustainable development of popularized higher education.
