摘要
许多疾病都与血管超常增生有关,中药对血管生成性疾病有独特的疗效。研究表明,中药及其复方制剂主要通过影响血管生长因子的表达、阻滞血管生成因子受体的活性、抑制内皮细胞增殖、抑制基底膜降解和阻断内皮细胞特异性整合素等机制发挥抗血管生成作用。
Many diseases are reported to be associated with hyperplasia of blood vessel, and the traditional chinese medicine have especially curative effects in angiogenic disease. The traditional chinese medicine has been demonstrated to produce a marked antiangiogenic effect by influencing expression of vascular growth factor, blocking activity of vascular growth factor receptor, suppressing proliferation of endothelial cell, restraining degradation of basement membrane, obstructing the special integrin of endotheliocyte, and so on.
