冬虫夏草对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:21

摘要 [目的]探讨冬虫夏草对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾损伤的保护作用及其机制.[方法]建立链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病动物模型,给予不同剂量冬虫夏草全价饲料喂养,12周后观察大鼠血糖、血脂、血肌酐及24 h尿蛋白排泄量等生物化学指标,观察大鼠肾组织学改变,进行肾间质纤维化评定,并应用Northernblotting法测定大鼠肾组织内TGF-β1mRNA含量.[结果]大、小剂量冬虫夏草治疗组大鼠的各项生物化学指标均明显降低,肾组织内TGF-β1mRNA含量亦明显降低,减轻肾脏病理变化,而大剂量冬虫夏草治疗组大鼠生物化学指标均低于小剂量冬虫夏草治疗组.[结论]冬虫夏草可通过降低肾组织内TGF-β1mRNA的含量,抑制肾组织纤维化,对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾损伤起保护作用. OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis(CS) on the kidney injury of diabetic rats. METHODS The models of diatetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal streptozotocia injection. The index of serum biochemistral parameters, such as blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, and renal function(serum creatinine, urinary protein excretion) and HE staining, tubulointerstitial fibrosis score were observed. In addition, Northern blotting analysis were used to detect the expression of renal TGF-β1 mRNA. RESULTS Compared with DM group, all of above parameters and expressioa of renal TGF-β1 mRNA were decreased significantly in DLC group and DHC group. The histological evidence was alleviated in kidney, and the phenomenon was more pronounced in DHC group. CONCLUSION CS can anenuate diabetic nephropathy, and the beneficial effects may be related to inhibiting the translocation of renal TGF-β1 mRNA.
