摘要
从职业指导的人格类型理论、生涯发展理论、社会学习理论和认知信息加工理论角度,对高校职业指导教师专业化素质进行了探讨。
From the point of four theories about career guidance such as personality category theory, career development theory, social study theory and cognitive information process theory, the specialization of college teachers for professional guidance is elaborated.
