摘要
运用文献法、教学实验法、数理统计法,依据群体动力学的理论,结合成人教育体育教学的特点,针对传统体育教学的不足之处进行实验研究,以期探索一种优于传统体育教学的方法。
With the research methods of literature study, teaching experiment and statistics, this paper researches the insufficiencies of the traditional sports teaching on the basis of the group dynamics and the features of the adult correspondence education of sport,so as to explore a way better than the traditional sport teaching method
