群体动力学的研究为协作学习的倡导者提供了重要启示,应正确认识成人体育教育群体和谐互动的整体性,抛弃以自我中心论,并结合各成人体育院校的实际情况,制定管理最优化措施,以促进成人体育教学各项工作稳定、可持续的发展。
The paper proposes to have correct understanding of the integrity of the harmonious interaction in the adult P.E. groups, abandon the egoism and optimize the management on the basis of the actual situation of the adult P. E. colleges so as to promote the sustainable development of the adult P. E..
