群体动力学的研究为协作学习的倡导者提供了重要启示,应正确认识成人体育教育群体和谐互动的整体性,抛弃以自我中心论,并结合各成人体育院校的实际情况,制定管理最优化措施,以促进成人体育教学各项工作稳定、可持续的发展。
