摘要
学校文化是学校的灵魂,没有文化的学校是没有精、气、神的躯壳。学校文化是由校长倡导,学校全体成员共同参与建构的一种精神境界和品格。校长是学校文化建构的精神领袖。学校文化的核心是价值体系、信念、信仰的确立或重建。本文认为,环境文化、典章文化、精神文化、礼仪文化是影响学校改进提升与发展的四种文化。
School culture is the soul of the school. School without spirit, temperament and soul is a school with empty shell. School culture is proposed and constructed by the principal and put into practice by all school members. Principal is the spiritual leader of school culture. The core of school culture is the acknowledgement or reconstruction of values, beliefs and faith. Four major cultures which influence school improvement, promotion and development have been identified: culture of environment, culture of rules and regulations, culture of spirits and culture of etiquette and ceremony.
