摘要
为克服传统倾斜仪受加速度干扰比较严重的缺陷,采用热敏电阻作为热源和敏感元件,在密闭腔中使气体产生自然对流,利用硬件电路和软件补偿技术将运动载体的姿态信号提取并进行处理,研制出能够抑制外界加速度干扰的气流式传感器。根据气流式倾角敏感元件的输出特点建立了抗加速度干扰数学模型,设计了抗加速度干扰程序,实现软件滤波抑制扰动加速度干扰,传感器抗加速度干扰能力在90%以上。
The hot-sensitive resistance is used as heat source and sensitive unit, and the natural convection of the gas is produced in a hermetic chamber. The movement carrier posture signal is got and disposed by hardware circuit and software compensating technique. The math model and designed program are established based on the character of the sensor. The anti-acceleration disturb is realized and 90% of the disturb is eliminated by the program.
