摘要
研究了气流式惯性组合陀螺的结构原理与信号处理技术。采用热敏电阻作为热源和敏感元件,在密闭腔中使气体产生自然对流,用硬件电路和数字化软件补偿技术,将载体姿态信号提取并进行处理。研制出测量范围为±30°/s、非线性度小于1%FS、分辨率小于0.01°/s的气流式惯性组合陀螺。
Researched were the structure and signal processing of the airstream style inertial integrated gyro. The hot-sensitive resistance was used as heat source and sensitive unit, and the natural convection of the gas was produced in a hermetic chamber. The carder posture signal was getted and disposed by hardware circuit and software compensate technique. The airstream style inertial integrated gyro is developed successfully, and its measurement range is ±30°/s, the non-linearity is less than 1%FS and the resolution less than 0.01°/s.
