摘要
通过对厨房油烟扩散机理的分析和模型实验,研究了影响油烟控制的各种因素,采用实验与计算流体力学仿真技术相结合的方法,对不同情况下油烟罩的油烟控制性能进行了比较、分析,设计出了一种新型节能型抽油烟机。
In view of analysis of kitchen fume diffusion mechanism and experimental model, various factors to the fume control are studied. With the method combining experiment and simulation technology of hydrodynamic calculation, a new energy-conservation wind-curtain lampblack presser is designed by comparing and analyzing the control characteristics of oil hood under different conditions.
