摘要
选择了几种类型的厨房进行测定，探讨燃具排放的污染物（主要是ＮＯＸ和ＣＯ）对室内空气质量的影响。实测表明，厨房内的空气污染远较户外严重。燃具工作时，空气中ＮＯＸ浓度大大超过标准。
The authors chosed some typical kitchens and gas appliances for testing and measuring the CO and NO X concentration of air in kitchen under certain ventilation condition. The data of experiments show that the cocentration of NO X is greatly exceed the limit cocentration. The low NO X gas appliances should be devopoled and used.
