摘要
利用CFD技术对厨房的几种不同布局的通风方式进行了数值计算。对于不同的布局及通风方式引起的室内速度场分布进行了对比分析,提供家庭厨房的相对理想的通风方案。对不同布局厨房通风效果的比较,也为厨房布局设计提供了指导。
CFD is used to analysis the different scheme of the kitchen＇ ventilation .it provide the comparative better scheme by analysising the velocity field caused by the different way of ventilation .it also provide the guidance of the design of the kitchen＇ layout by the comparing the different effect of the layout.
