本文介绍了厨房通风系统的设计 ,包括厨房的空调和机械送风、抽风 ,介绍了相关的规范和防火要求以及国外先进的厨房通风系统的设计 。
This paper introduces not only the design of kitchen room ventilation system including the kitchen air-conditioning, machinery supply blower and suction blower, but also the relevant rules, fire-fight regulations, and the advanced kitchen ventilator system design of foreign countries, which can be reference for such design.
