摘要
对硫酸盐竹浆两段高温高压H2O2漂白工艺进行了初步研究。结果表明,硫酸盐竹浆两段高温高压H2O2漂白工艺在控制两段反应条件分别为:压力1.2MPa和0.8MPa,温度100℃和120℃,时间40min和60min,H2O2用量1%和3%,浆浓10%,H2O2/NaOH用量比1.3,MgSO4用量0.5%,Na2SiO3用量3%时,可使漂后浆料粘度维持在780ml/g的情况下,白度值达到84%ISO。
A preliminary investigation on two-stage HTHP H2O2 bleach- ing process of sulfate bamboo pulp was carried out. The experimental results show that the reaction conditions of two-stage HTHP H2O2 bleaching process of sulfate bamboo pulp were: pressure 1.2MPa and 0.8MPa, temperature 100℃ and 120℃, time 40 min and 60 min, H2O2 dosage 1% and 3%, pulp concentration 10%, H2O2/NaOH ratio of 1.3, MgSO4 dosage 0.5%, Na2SiO3 dosage 3%. After bleaching, pulp white- ness reached 84%ISO while pulp viscosity remained at 78ml/g.
