摘要
针对传统CEH三段漂白不能连续、纸浆漂后白度低、易泛黄等缺点,设计了一套实现连续生产的自动控制系统方案。并针对传统含氯漂白剂产生二恶英的危害,进行了改进,选用二氧化氯代替氯气进行漂白。
An automatic control system in which the continuous production can be achieved was designed to solve the problems, such as discontinuous of three-stage bleaching, low brightness and brightness reversion of the after-bleaching pulp. The traditional chlorine bleaching agent was also subsided by chlorine dioxide to decrease the content of dioxins in wastewater.
