摘要 工程车辆驱动桥作为传递动力的主要机构,它承受复杂的变工况载荷和强冲击。在驱动桥的设计过程中很难确定机构各部件之间的自由模态,机构的生产、应用往往出现机械系统本应避免的"共振区"。应用AN-SYS软件对HR601驱动桥进行自由模态分析,找出该机构的"共振区",分析该驱动桥装车试验中存在的问题,并对该驱动桥的二轴一、二齿轮进行了改进。 As a mainly mechanism of transfer power, the engineering automobile driving axle bears a complex variable load, bigger impact. In the design process of the driving axle,it is difficult to determine the free modal of each parts and to avoid the "resonant zone" of the mechanical systems. In this paper, ANSYS software was used to make free modal analysis for driving axle,finding out the "resonant zone", and analyzing its problem in the loading test. Some improvement for the first and second gear of the second axis of driving axle was performed.
