摘要
论文以某船用空压机为研究对象,以减少其工作时振动噪声为目的进行隔振装置的仿真设计。建立了空压机浮筏隔振装置三维实体模型,基于ABAQUS软件开展了筏架组自由模态的仿真计算,采用ADAMS软件实现了静载、横倾和纵倾作用下隔振装置减振器负荷及变形量校核,模拟了大风浪航行下隔振装置的极限摇摆状态,并对减振器是否超负荷进行了校核,提出在隔振装置下层与船体之间加装限位器。结果表明所设计的隔振装置满足实船工作要求,隔振系统具有良好的隔振效果。
Taking a ship air compressor as an example,the floating raft isolating system is simulated and analyzed.Based on a three-dimension model of air compressor floating raft isolating system,free modes on floating raft are calculated by ABAQUS software.At the same time,loads and deformations acting on isolators under three conditions of static load,heeling and trim are calibrated.Considering ship navigating on heavy sea,the maximum loads on isolators are verified and a new type of stopper between floating raft and ship is developed.Results show the floating raft isolating system is better for air compressor to work at lower vibration working condition.
