摘要 以甘蔗渣为原料制备低聚木糖。通过单因素实验选取实验因素与水平,响应面分析得出最佳工艺条件为:微波处理压力0.9MPa、微波处理时间17min、木聚糖酶用量0.7%(相对于原料甘蔗渣),甘蔗渣酶解液中还原糖含量可达到9.21mg/ml。最佳条件下的TLC显示:酶解液主要成分是木二糖和木三糖。 The oligo - xylese was produced from the bagasse. Response surface methodology was designed for the opti- mal condition by factors and levels. Results indicated that when the bagasse was heated with microwave at 0.9MPa for 17min and subsequently hydrolysed with 0.7% xylanase, the content of reducing sugar reached 9.21mg/ml. The TLC demonstrated that xylobiese and xylotriose were the main components in the hydrolysate.
