响应面分析法优化向日葵秸秆中绿原酸的提取及其抗氧化性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验以向日葵秸秆为原料,采用微波辅助提取绿原酸。以绿原酸提取率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,选择了乙醇体积分数、微波时间、微波温度、pH为参考因素,通过响应面法优化向日葵秸秆中绿原酸的提取工艺条件。结果表明,提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%、微波时间4 min、微波温度63℃、pH为6,此条件下向日葵秸秆中绿原酸提取率达到最大值,为2.408%。抗氧化性研究结果表明向日葵秸秆中绿原酸提取液对超氧阴离子具有一定的清除作用,清除效果优于维生素C。 Microwave-assisted extracting method for chlorogenic acid from Helianthus annuus L stalk,with extraction amount of chlorogenic acid as index,response surface analysis was applied to optimize the extraction condition based on single factor.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid were as follows:microwave temperature 63 ~C, microwave time 4 min, ethanol concentration 80%, pH of 6.Under the optimum parameters,the extrac- tion rate reached up to 2.408%.Antioxidant activity test showed that chlorogenic acid from Helianthus annuus L stalk had strong antioxidant activity, and their capability of scavenging O2^- was better than that of Vitamin C.
