低聚木糖是一种较好的功能性低聚糖类,工业应用范围广泛。综述了用木质纤维材料制取低聚木糖的方法,重点介绍了低聚木糖的理化特性以及应用。
Xylo-oligosaccharide is a kind of functional oligosaccharide, it can be extensively applied in industry. The paper was reviewed that the production of xylo-oligosaccharides were taken by chemical or enzymatic methods from wood fiber materials. The physical-chemical properties, production and application of xylo-oligosaccharide are mainly introduced.
