摘要
组织的核心价值观与员工匹配(P-V Fit)是企业和员工之间长期、有效率匹配的真正原因;在此基础上发现组织是通过人力资源管理政策向员工传递价值观,而员工则是通过人力资源管理政策来感知组织的核心价值观的;进而,总结出组织价值观、组织HRM和员工反应三者之间的辩证关系,最终提出V-H-P匹配的概念模型。
The paper believes that the core value and person fit is the sole cause of long - term and efficient fit. As such, this paper indicates that organizations transfer value to its person through human resources management policy, and conversely an organization'sperson perceive value from human resources management policy. Accordingly, it proposes a dialectic relationship between organizational value, human resource management and person. Finally, it presents a creative concept model of V - H - P fit.
