摘要
本文通过正交试验确定出以番茄和新疆特产巴旦木为主要原料的复合饮料产品配方,研制出风味独特并具有一定保健功能的新型复合饮料制品。本产品风味纯正、营养丰富,可形成批量生产。
We used the orthogonal experiment to test tomato and pakistan as raw material of new compound beverage, which have an unique flavor and some benefit for health, and got its production formula. This product have pure flavor and rich nutrition, can be put into batch production.
