摘要
近两年来有关乙型肝炎后肝纤维化治疗的临床研究颇多,西药方面的研究主要有应用干扰素、缬沙坦、卡托普利、双环醇等治疗;中药方面的研究主要有应用肝苏颗粒、银杏叶提取物、苦参素、丹参、安珐特、姜黄素、益肝康、当飞利肝宁胶囊等治疗,并且穴位注射和三环疗法也有报道。本文就近两年抗乙型肝炎后肝纤维化的临床研究进行综述。
Over the past two years there have been a lot of clinical studies on treatment of liver fibrosis after Hepatits B. In Western medicine, studies center on application of interferon, valsartan, captopril and becyclol treatment, and in Chinese medicine mainly on application of treatment of Gangsu particles, Ginkgo biloba wxtract, oxymatrine, Salvia, An - fa - te, curcumin, Yigankang, and Dangfeiliganning capsules, and of course therapy of point injection and tricyclic has also been reported. This article summarizes the recent two - year clinical research on anti - liver - fibrosis after hepatitis B.
