摘要
扭杆弹簧倾斜仪是应用领域广泛的小型化倾斜仪,可监测地面微小倾斜。电子元器件的参数会随环境温度波动而变化,从而引起电容传感电路的输出发生变化。本文对这种效应进行了理论分析与实验研究,结果表明温度的波动对电容传感电路的输出影响比较大,在实际使用中要对扭杆弹簧倾斜仪中的电容传感电路采取必要的温度补偿措施等。因此,电容传感电路温度响应特性的研究对于扭杆弹簧倾斜仪精确地测量地倾斜信号具有重要意义。
Torsion pole spring tiltmeter is a mini-Tiltmeter whose applied field is very wide, and it can be used to detect the floor tilt. The parameters of electronic components can be changed due to the variation of ambience temperature, and that can bring the output variation of capacitance sensor circuit. The effect of the ambience temperature to capacitance sensor circuit for torsion pole spring tiltmet, er is analyzed theoretically and its modulation is studied experimentally. The experimental result shows that the ambience temperature influences rather obviously the output of capacitance sensor circuit, and it is essential to adopt temperature compensation for the circuit in the practice. And therefore, it is significant for precise measurement of the floor tilt by torsion pole spring Tiltmeter to study response to the ambience temperature.
