摘要
在基础物理实验中,通常需测量一些微小的位移量,例如在杨氏模量实验中,使用光杠杆放大法,测量细钢丝的微小长度变化,实验难于调节且精度较差。从实验创新的角度出发,设计了一种利用单片机和位移光纤传感器测量微小距离的系统,该系统简单易用,灵敏度高,通过软件对测量线性化校准,可以较好地使用在微距测量方面。
Tiny displacement measurement usually used in basic physics experiments, such as measuring young's modulus that we measurement a small variation in length of fine wire by Optical lever meth- od, it is difficult to adjust and poor precision. From the perspective of experimental innovation, we design a system for micro displacement measuring use single chip microcomputer and displacement optical fiber sensor, Through linear calibration for measurement by software, it can be better used in micro displacement measurement.
