摘要
扭杆弹簧倾斜仪是监测地面微小倾斜的小型化倾斜装置,可广泛应用于铁路、水电、交通、建筑、市政等领域的工程建筑中,也可应用于某些科学实验的地倾斜背景测量。由于加工误差的存在,扭杆弹簧倾斜仪中的机械振子的两边电容间隙很难完全一样,周围环境温度及其梯度波动会引起两边电容的变化不一致,电容传感电路的输出也会发生变化。对这种效应进行了理论分析与实验研究,结果表明:温度及其梯度对扭杆倾斜仪的测量精度影响比较大。因此,扭杆弹簧倾斜仪温度及其梯度的响应特性的研究对地倾斜的精密测量具有实际意义。
Torsion pole spring tihmeter is a mini-tihmeter that is used to measure very small floor tilt and it can be widely applied to not only engineer construction in the fields of railroad, water and electricity, traffic, architecture and city planning etc, but also the background measurement of floor tilt in some scientific experiments. The capacitance gaps on both sides of mechanical oscillator in the torsion pole spring tiltmeter are difficult to be the wholly same because of the machining error, so the variation of ambience temperature and its grads will lead to the inconsistent variation of capacitances on both sides and the output of capacitance transducer circuit will also change. The effect of the ambience temperature and its grads to torsion pole spring tiltmeter is studied theoretically and experimentally. The experimental result shows that the ambience temperature and its grads can influence rather obviously the measurement precision of the floor tilt with torsion pole spring tihmeter. And therefore, it is significant for precise measurement of the floor tilt to study response to the ambience temperature and its grads.
