摘要
依据高校武术教学的现状和武术发展改革需要,阐述了传统武术纳入普通高校教学内容的主题思路和迫切原因,提出传统武术在高校的发展思路.普通高校武术教学走传统武术之路,是适应大学生的需要,同时保证了传统武术可持续发展传统文化的继承性.
According to the present situation and reformation of college Wushu teaching, the traditional Wushu should be involved in the teaching content. The traditional Wushu teaching is the combination of body-building and cultural taste, and it unifies the long-life sporting and mental health. The teaching also keeps the sustainability and the inheriting of culture and PE.
