摘要
对齿坯安装几何偏心引起的齿距累积总偏差进行了详细的分析,推导出齿距累积总偏差的数学关系式,找到了几何偏心对齿轮的齿距累积总偏差的影响规律。采取对成型磨齿机床加工参数进行修正的措施,达到提高加工精度的目的。
By the detailed research on the gear total cumulative pitch error which was caused by geometrical offset, the formulary of gear total cumulative pitch error was deduced, the effect rule on the gear total cumulative pitch error which was caused by geometrical offset was found. By adjusting the parameters of numerical profile gear grinding machine, the machining precision was improved.
