摘要
在传统的机械式齿轮跳动误差检查仪的基础上,以个人计算机为核心,借助于虚拟仪器技术开发了齿轮齿距误差虚拟检测仪,介绍了检测系统的软硬件设计,并对系统进行了误差分析与评价。
Based on the Personal Computer and the traditional mechanical detecting instrument for Circular run out,the virtual instrument for measuring the circular pitch deviation is developed by means of the virtual instrument technology. The software and hardware of the measuring system are introduced in this paper,and the detecting deviation is analyzed.
