摘要
【目的】为了给摆线齿轮及W机构的传动精度设计提供依据,分析了摆线钢球行星减速器的系统传动误差。【方法】分析影响摆线钢球行星减速器传动误差的各项主要因素,根据摆线齿轮及W机构各误差遵循不同概率分布的特点,运用蒙特卡洛模拟法对摆线钢球行星减速器的传动误差进行分析,并将计算结果与实际试验结果进行对比。【结果】计算结果与测试结果基本相符,说明此方法具有一定的可行性和准确性。【结论】运用蒙特卡洛模拟法不仅能在预先给定精度的情况下选择公差,满足精度要求,而且还可避免不必要的精度浪费。
[Objective] The research analyzed the transmission error of cycloid ball planetary reducer to provide basis for the transmission precision design of cycloid gear and W device. [Method] The paper analyzed the main factors affecting the transmission error of cycloid ball planetary reducer and compared the calculation results with the experimental ones, and the transmission error of cycloid steel-ball planetary reducer with Monte Carlo simulating method based on the principle that cycloid gear and W device conform to different probability distributions. [Result] Compared with the result of eoleulotion and result of test,this method proved to be accurate and feasible. [Conclusion] Monte carlo simulating method can not only set tolerance in the given precision to meet the precision demand,but also avoid unnecessary precision waste.
