摘要
根据齿轮切削理论,分别针对展成法、成形法和包络铣削法3类齿轮加工方法,阐述了高效率的强力车齿技术、高精度的成形磨齿技术、高柔性的包络铣齿技术的国内外研究现状和应用情况,对掌握国外先进齿轮加工技术的发展方向和促进中国齿轮制造具有重要的现实意义。
Gear cutting technology and manufacturing philosophy have undergone profound changes since the advanced manufacturing was applied in gear production. The leading technology represented by high efficiency,high precision and high flexibility of gear processing reflects the modern gear industry development trend. This paper classifies the gear processing method into generating method,forming method and enveloped milling method based on the gear cutting theory. From the perspective of gear cutting classification view,it summarizes the domestic and foreign research status and application of three kinds of advanced gear manufacturing technology such as high-efficiency gear skiving,high-precision gear form grinding and high-flexible gear milling.
