摘要
进行滚齿建模分析,建立了滚齿零编程数学模型。设计了整体架构,针对西门子开放式数控系统,进行人机界面设计、模块功能和数据访问等,在机床上仅需输入编程参数和工艺参数,经系统检验自动生成滚齿NC程序。在滚齿机上的成功应用,验证了本技术较高的可靠性和实用性。
Based on analysis on gear hobbing modelling, the mathematic models on automatic programming are established in the paper and then the whole framework is put forward. Taking SINUMERIK open architecture as an example, the design of Human Machine Interface, functional module and access of data among MMC ( Man Machine Communication) and machine tools are realized. Inputting certain parameters of programming and techniques, the automatic programming technology can generate NC codes for gear hobbing automatically. The successful application embedded in machine tools validates high reliability and practicability of the technology.
