摘要
在我国研究生教育正面临重大变革的形势下,职技高师研究生培养应转变传统的人才质量观,根据自己的办学定位、特色以及优势,为高等职业院校培养以实践能力为主导的创新型职教师资人才。
Under the situation of Postgraduate education＇ forthcoming reform in our country, the vocational and technical normal universities should change the traditional concept of quality for postgraduate cultivation, in accordance with their own orientation, characteristics and advantages, cultivate the innovative vocational teachers based on the ability to practice for the institutes of higher vocational and technical.
