摘要
采用不同溶剂制备植物提取物,测定和比较了不同提取物对马铃薯茎线虫的生物活性及毒力排序;结果表明:银杏、马缨丹、曼陀罗、毛曼陀罗、蓖麻、苘麻和万寿菊提取物对马铃薯茎线虫具有较强的活性;不同提取溶剂提取物杀线虫活性存在明显差异。通过系统毒力测定,进一步筛选出了银杏的甲醇提取物对所试线虫活性高于其他处理并分析了一些提取物的麻醉作用。
The nematocidal activity of some plant extracts which were extracted by various solvents, against D. Destructor was investigated and and their effectiveness were compared in present paper. The results showed that there was distinctive difference on the nematocidal efficacy of different plants or extracting solvents. Ginkgo bilobaL,Lantana caraara L, Datura stramonium L, Datura innoxia Mill. , Ricinus communis L. , Abutilon theophrasti Medic. and Tagetes erecta showed higher activity for killing the pest among all the experimental extracts; meanwhile, the highest toxicity extract was from Ginkgo biloba L. which was detected in the methanol solvent.
