摘要
高速切削加工现已成为当代先进制造技术的重要组成部分。切削热与切削温度是高速切削技术研究的重要内容。采用合适的测量方法对高速切削条件下的温度场进行研究可以得到切削参数对切削温度的影响规律,从而为研究刀具磨损机理、优化切削参数提供了有益的参考数据。归纳了高速切削中切削温度实验测量方法的研究现状,指出了各种方法的优缺点及适用性。
The high speed machining has become the important component of the modern advanced manufacturing technology.Cutting heat and cutting temperature are the important research contents of high speed machining technology. The temperature field in high speed cutting process are researched by means of suitable measuring method which can obtain the regularity of the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature that provides valuable references for the investigation of tool wear mechanisms and optimization of cutting parameters.lt presents several temperature measurement techniques, their advantages and disadvantages, and applicability.
