时变进给抑制切削颤振的理论分析与实验验证 被引量:6

摘要 在分析恒进给加工系统稳定性的基础上,进一步分析了时变进给加工系统的稳定性。计算机模拟结果表明,时变进给切削比单调增大进给切削更能有效地抑制颤振。在一定的条件下,时变进给量变化幅度及变化频率越大,抑振效果越好。在优选条件范围内,时变进给量幅度变化对抑振效果的影响比时变进给量频率变化的要大。不同的时变进给量的变化波形,皆有较好的抑振效果,其中以矩形波的抑振效果最好.实验结果验证了理论分析是成立的。 he stability of the time-varying feed rates is further analyzed based on the stability analysis of the constant-feed rate for a machining system. The results of computer simulation demonstrates that it is more efficient to suppress chatter by time-varying feed rate cutting than by increasing feed rate cutting only.The larger the variation of amplitude and frequency of time-varying feed rate, the better the effect of suppressing chatter under some conditions. The variation of the amplitude has much more important influence on the suppressing chatter effect than that of the frequency. Of all kinds of time-varying feed rate waveforms which have better suppressing chatter effect, the rectangle wave is the best. The experimental results showed the correctness of the above theoretical analysis.
